Training and placement cell

Activities pertaining to training and placement are centrally co-ordinated by the training and placement section of the office corporate relations. Training and placement officer along with two faculties and two students representative of each department take care of the following activities.

    • Prepare our students to make informed decisions and their future by providing relevant resources, programs and personality development internships and facilitating with employment opportunities.
    • Encourage students to pursue all of their goals with dedication and ambition in whatever field they choose for making sustainable contribution to the society.
    • Caters to the needs of organizations across the country by arranging the on campus and off campus recruitment programs.
    • Conducts training programs for career planning & development. Job interviews and total personality development program every year for all the students during the summer and winter vacation which facilitates to improve their skills ranging from basic communication to corporate etiquette.
    • Shaping the students with corporate & managerial skills by arranges Industrial visits and in plant training for the students.
    • Arranges Industrial tours and in Plant training for the students.
    • Arrange expert Lecturers and assisting student for the projects based on their domain & core corporate.

Training:

    • Co-Ordination with Industrial In-plant Training and professional work.
    • Identifying organization for industrial training and project work.
    • Promoting carrier counseling.
    • Organizing and conducting personality development programs.
    • Facilities students who attend various symposium conferences, workshops etc.,

Placement

    • Identifying and inviting industrial for campus recruitment
    • Assessing the skill set requirements
    • Co-ordination with industry for direct recruitment of the top-ranging students.
    • Co-ordination of campus recruitment activities.
    • Maintaining & updated students profiles
    • Reviewing every recruitment process and giving recommendation for subsequent recruitments.
